Is Monday already your Bermuda Triangle?
Is your triangle like this ….. you go to work in your car sitting, you get to work sitting, you drive home in your car sitting.
A belief I have is “if your bum is asleep your head is a sleep”.
Is your triangle preventing you from reaching out to your purpose in life?
I wonder how sitting all day connects to your purpose, if your Bermuda Triangle is engaging to sit all day and not moving, I wonder how this affects your mobility and adaptability.
When will you get ready to challenge and inspect your purpose in life?
When you can challenge your purpose you will need to change your Bermuda triangle to change your sitting culture, then you are able to discover purpose.
Purpose will enable you to become mobile and adaptable mentally and physically.
Is the challenge that we don’t have purpose the same challenge that we have become a nation of sitters?
How deep will our problem become if we don’t inspect willingness to become more mobile and adaptable?
Is our first step to discovering Purpose, to stop sitting for as long as we do? If we stop sitting as long surely it will assist our get up and go!
